Services: Small Business Operations Consulting, Retail & Hospitality Management Support, Financial & Compliance Administration
Background: With over 20 years of experience in business management, Deborah has owned and operated two nightclubs, a restaurant, and a liquor store, overseeing quarterly sales tax reports, licensing, health compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory ordering. She also spent 18 years as a rate analyst in the railroad industry, pricing shipments and supporting customers in the accounting department, and previously served as a Front End Supervisor at Kmart, leading customer service, returns, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
